My name is Ian Rose and I have worked in the residential property market for 15 years. I have valued and sold hundreds of homes from auction houses to multi-million-pound estates. Most recently I have worked as a branch manager for an excellent and well-known independent estate agent in Cockermouth covering West Cumbria and The Lake District National Park. Prior to that, I worked for the largest estate agency name in the UK, Purplebricks. Where I was a successful area director leading a large team of self-employed estate agents. We focused on providing an exceptional service whilst building a vast portfolio of satisfied clients and amassed hundreds of 5* reviews on Trustpilot and Feefo. I am a family man that loves spending time with my partner and my two amazing kids. When I am not working I enjoy spending my spare time hiking, water sports and walking our dogs.
